Composer, Producer, Multi-instrumentalist & Vocalist

Coline Machecourt is a French composer for film & media, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist based near Paris. Her music has been featured on BBC, Warner Bros. Discovery / HBO Max, Lifetime TV and others, with the violin at the core of her work and an exploratory approach to sound through which she independently shapes each production, revealing and sublimating what lies beneath the image.

Composer, Pianist & Vocalist

Classically trained as a pianist and with a background as a theatre actress, Solmi studied music composition at Goldsmiths University, bringing together musicianship, performance and storytelling in her work as a composer. She has composed original scores for films, documentaries, and advertising, with her work receiving international awards and placements and being featured on Berlin On Air, Cinematic Giants and BBC Radio 3’s Classical Wind Down.

LIMINAL HORIZON

Our first album, available for sync at Thermal Music, explores mysterious worlds through ethereal female voices, layered textures and cinematic instrumentation.

Blending orchestral, acoustic and electronic elements with folkloric and contemporary influences, the album moves between atmospheric, dramatic and immersive territories.

Created for visual storytelling, Liminal Horizon is suited to film, series and video games, from immersive worlds and atmospheric sequences to dramatic and suspenseful moments.
